and let you know what replies we get; |

report
to you and advise you about the legal effects of your mortgage offer; |

|
|
exchange
contracts once you are happy to proceed [a deposit is paid on exchange
of contracts which can be up to 10% of the purchase price, and we
will advise you about this; |

|
|
obtain
the mortgage advance from your bank or building society ready for
completion; |
|
|
|
tell
you on the day of completion when your purchase of the new house
has completed and you can collect the keys; |
|
|
|
arrange
for the stamp duty to be paid; |
|
|
|
register
you as the owner of the property; |
|
|
|
store
your deeds for you if you wish. |
