DIRECTIONS

By Rail:

Salisbury is on the main Waterloo to the West Country rail line operated by South West Trains. Journey time from London is approximately 1 1/2 hours.

At Salisbury railway station taxis are available but we are approximately 10 minutes walk from there.

On foot:

(directions are given from the railway station)
Leave the station by Station Approach down the hill to Fisherton Street.

Turn right into Fisherton Street, continuing along this road until it ends just near Barclays bank and Bridge Street begins. Carry on along Bridge Street until you see the Poultry Cross ahead of you and the road turns 90° left.

Turn left into Minster Street and walk north for approximately 100 yards. When you reach the public library on your left this is the start of Castle Street.

Continue up Castle Street passing turnings on your right to Chipper Lane and Scots Lane. Batt Broadbent is almost immediately after the right hand turning to Scots Lane. Our first floor offices are above the offices of John Jeffrey and Co.

By Car:

Whichever approach road is used, drive to the northern end of the area ring road, Churchill Way, and turn south towards the city centre at the roundabout at which Amesbury (A345) is shown as a turning to the north.

You are now on Castle Street. Drive underneath the railway bridge towards the city along Castle Street. Our offices are approximately 600 yards on the left hand side before the turning to Scots Lane.

A large public (pay and display) car-park (the central car-park) is signposted shortly after the railway bridge. This is the nearest public car-park to the office.
