Consulting a solicitor about the possibility of a divorce or separation can seem rather daunting. If you are thinking about divorce then you may have several questions, and yet you may feel unsure about where to find the answers

The solution is at hand at the end of the phone. We provide a helpline service which will connect you direct to an expert from our matrimonial department. You can ask the questions that are worrying you and obtain sympathetic advice about mediation, issues with children, or worries about losing the family home. We can give you guidance about the support a solicitor can give, talk through the processes and, of course, the costs involved.

You will not be charged any legal fees for using the helpline, just the cost of the call*

The Batt Broadbent helpline, 01722 41 51 61, and is open between 10am - 12 noon and 2pm - 4pm Monday to Friday

Occasionally the Helpline will be engaged but there is an answering machine and if you are able to leave us a number we will discreetly get back to you.

Alternatively you may wish to discuss your specific problem in more detail in which case we would recommend that you contact us to arrange a fixed rate half hour interview, at a cost of £50 including VAT. At the end of this interview we hope to help you decide the best way forward for both you and your family given your particular circumstances.
