ESTATE ADMINISTRATION

When someone dies their estate has to be administered to give effect to their will or, if there is no valid will, to the intestacy rules which will then apply to the estate.

Tax and interest calculations must be made.
Debts including tax and funeral expenses must be settled.
Legacies must be paid to beneficiaries.
Property must be transferred into the name of the correct beneficiary.
The deceased's home may have to be sold.
You may want to consider what options there are for immediate re-arrangement of the administration of the estate.

We have the experience and professional knowledge to guide you through the problems and paperwork.
