EXECUTORSHIPS

Acting as an Executor is an extremely responsible job, with legal liability for errors even if they are accidental.
If you do not have appropriate family members to act in the administration of your estate, we will be happy to act instead.
A professional executor offers independence and experience and also has time to deal with the large amount of paperwork generated after someone has died.
We have a greater level of responsibility if we act as Executor, rather than advising others on their decisions as Executor, so we make a reasonable additional charge when administering your estate.

HOME VISITS

We are always happy to come to see you at home if this is more convenient for you for time, mobility or other reasons. We may have to make an extra charge to cover the time spent travelling but it is important that your needs are met.
