INITIAL INTERVIEWS
We offer new clients the opportunity to have a preliminary discussion with a
lawyer about a legal matter that is causing them concern. It is usually
better to find out where you are at the beginning before taking any major
steps, rather than trying to sort things out later when it can often be more
costly and difficult.
With a little
guidance you may be able to deal with the matter yourself. We can tell you
what legal work may be necessary and what the cost is likely to be. You will
not be charged for being told these things.
If you ask us
to give you basic legal advice in any matter, you pay our concessionary rate
of £50.00 (inclusive of VAT) for up to half an hour of our time and
expertise.
