WE ARE EASY TO CONTACT
As a small firm, we can make sure someone is available to take calls, to deal with mail and to respond promptly. Where we already have dealings with you, other members of the practice will know enough about you to help provide the service.

WE CAN FIND THE ANSWERS
We give a general service to our clients and can offer the same to other lawyers. We have departments dedicated to relevant areas of law, and access to extensive library and reference facilities. There is rarely any need to go elsewhere.

WE ARE ECONOMICAL
Our overheads are kept down so that we don't have to put our charges up. Our fees are not affected by being in a big city, but only by the nature of the work we do. Only rarely does a legal question demand the attention of a very expensive lawyer, and we can spot that sort of question very early (perhaps even find a way round it).

WE ARE APPROACHABLE
Every member of the practice is dedicated to being available to help. Not every call on our help has to result in a bill being sent out. Several members of staff speak other languages in addition to English, and all of them recognise the need to take special care for people whose own language is different.
