Andrew Johnson

Andrew has been with Batt Broadbent since 1977 having stepped down as Senior Partner in 2008. He deals with all aspects of commercial law including giving advice on terms of trading, partnership agreements, company formation and shareholders’ agreements, commercial premises and retirement planning. He also acts for many charities. Andrew has over the years given a great deal of advice to the business community, is actively involved in the Salisbury City Centre Management, the Chamber of Commerce and Business Link. Andrew is the Diocesan Registrar and deals with legal matters for the Bishop of Salisbury.

Away from the office Andrew is involved with a local choir, which he runs, and enjoys a round of golf when he has the time. He is a keen musician and organist. He is married with two daughters.
