Sue de Candole

Sue is a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her knowledgeable and experienced team can help you with estate and probate administration, Court of Protection issues, and the new Lasting Powers of Attorney, and she acts as attorney or deputy for a number of clients who are unable to manage their own affairs. She is particularly experienced in dealing with Elderly Client matters, and her patient understanding of issues that affect the elderly help to smooth the waters for many families. She acts as executor for many clients, and as a trustee of a number of family trusts and also of a charitable trust. Sue trained in Lincoln’s Inn and joined the practice in 1997.

When at home Sue has her head stuck in a book for a lot of the time, but also loves gallery-bashing, films, gardening, sewing, photography and cooking for friends and family, and has recently discovered the joys of long-distance walking. She has a son at university and a daughter still at school for a few more years, and a guinea pig, which came to the office for a short while but really prefers life at home.
