PERSONAL INJURIES

Batt Broadbent has a specialist department for dealing with claims for injury in road accidents, at work, on holiday or elsewhere.

WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Reassurance - probably, sympathy - certainly, concern - of course. But most of all you need the expertise of a lawyer on your side, and a real personal service. We will provide all of these, and be available to you as freely as is practicable, so that you can feel your claim is still yours, and is still run for you.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
All the work is under the direct supervision of a solicitor with long experience of similar types of work. The daily conduct of the case, with all the "hands on" work that it demands, is carried out by a lawyer who spends a lot of time on personal injury claims. This means that there are always two well-qualified lawyers who know your case, can work on it for you, and can talk to you about it, ensuring that your claim is being given proper attention.

HOW CAN YOU PAY FOR THIS?
Many claims are financed by Conditional Fee Agreements, or you may find that you have legal expense insurance. If necessary, we can discuss installment payments. Many claimants eventually pay nothing.
