Ian is an experienced employment law and HR specialist who has represented a range of clients throughout the UK from large multinational companies to individual employees. Ian’s experience of advocacy in Employment Tribunals enables him to provide clients with practical and cost effective solutions to HR problems.

His notable cases include O’Donoghue v Attentive Care Experts Ltd and Philips v Department of Work and Pensions.

Ian is married with two children and continues to enjoy outdoor pursuits having worked as an Outdoor Pursuits Instructor after completing his degree in Law, Accountancy and Economics in 1989.
