Registry Clerk – Salisbury

We have a vacancy for a permanent part-time Registry Clerk in our Salisbury office.

Although legal experience and/or experience of the workings of the Church of England would be helpful, no previous experience is strictly necessary.  What is important is the ability to learn quickly about the concepts of the Registry and its work, the legal principles involved and the knowledge of the structure and work of the Church of England.

Employment/General Litigation – Salisbury (Part-time/flexible hours)

We are looking for a 5-10 years’ PQE part time employment Solicitor or Legal Executive with general litigation experience for our Salisbury office.     Knowledge and experience of data protection legislation is also essential.

The role will include the development of the department and so the successful candidate will need to be able to generate new business through marketing and networking.

There will also be the opportunity to expand into ecclesiastical employment law, but no experience of this is required.

Conveyancer – Salisbury

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, client driven conveyancer for our Salisbury office with at least 5-10 years’ PQE in a mid to large sized firm.    This is part our long-term succession planning and so the successful candidate will need to be able to show a willingness and ability to take responsibility for the development and eventually management of the department.

We are a family-orientated firm and understand the pressures of life; that being the case, whilst our preference is for the role to be full time, we are more than happy to consider part-time for the right candidate.

Wills and Probate – Salisbury/Chippenham

This is an exciting and challenging opportunity for someone wishing to take an active role in developing this department.

The initial role will be to help provide maternity cover in the Salisbury office alongside the rest of the team, but on the basis that once that cover is no longer required the successful candidate will be based in our Chippenham office.   This will mean that during the first year the successful candidate will need to be able to develop/cultivate relationships and a caseload of work in the Chippenham area.

Part time and full time considered.
