Sue de Candole
Sue is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Her knowledgeable and experienced team can help you with estate and probate administration, Court of Protection issues, and all sorts of Powers of Attorney, and she acts as attorney or deputy for a number of clients who are unable to manage their own affairs. She is particularly experienced in dealing with Elderly Client matters, and her patient understanding of issues that affect the elderly help to smooth the waters for many families. She acts as executor for many clients, and as a trustee of a number of family trusts and also of two charitable trusts. Sue trained in Lincoln’s Inn and joined the practice in 1997.
Sue is also the Registrar for both the Diocese of Salisbury and the Diocese of Winchester.
When out of the office Sue loves seeing family and friends, and cooking for them, gardening, sewing, photography, visiting old buildings, art galleries, museums and gardens, filling her cottage with books and walking in the beautiful countryside around Salisbury and further afield. She hopes one day to add to the number of office dogs with a puppy.
