Andrew Hart

Having worked in London, Westminster and the City, Andrew joined Batt Broadbent in 1993. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience when it comes to buying, selling and leasing property, land,commercial premises, farms and businesses. 

Andrew has worked with housing associations, charities, retailers, and businesses large and small. His team in the property department can also deal with lease renewals, property disputes, tenancy agreements and equity release issues.

Andrew’s interests outside work (yes, he does leave the office occasionally) include cricket and rugby, playing drums and guitar, writing music, and photography. He is married with three children.
