The Opportunity
This is a rare opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within our firm. We are looking to appoint an accomplished and commercially minded Head of Commercial Property to lead an established and successful department into its next phase of growth.
For the right individual, this role offers genuine influence and a clear, structured route to Partnership.
The Role
You will take full responsibility for the commercial property function, overseeing a varied caseload while driving strategic growth. This includes:
- Leading and developing the commercial property team
- Managing a high-quality caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Driving business development and contributing to the firm’s growth strategy
- Playing a key role in shaping the future of the department
About you
- Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in commercial property
- A confident leader, or an ambitious senior lawyer ready to step into a leadership role
- Commercially minded, with a strong track record or clear aptitude for business development
- A client following or referrer network is advantageous but not essential
- Motivated by progression, with a clear ambition o achieve partnership
