Tom Paget

A former partner of a successful regional law firm, Tom joined Batt Broadbent as a Consultant Solicitor in March 2021. Tom specialises in the purchase, sale and letting of Commercial and Agricultural Property. He also has considerable experience dealing with development land.

Examples of Tom’s work include acting for developers in the purchase and subsequent letting or disposal of complex mixed use development sites, acting for farmers and landowners in the acquisition of farms and agricultural land, acting for landlords and tenants in connection with leases of commercial premises and advising landowners in connection with option agreements and land promotion agreements for potential development sites.

Tom made the decision to become a consultant so that he could focus on providing his clients with an exceptionally high quality and personal service.

In his spare time, Tom enjoys spending time in the great outdoors with his wife and Bonnie (the springer spaniel), spending time with family and friends and travelling.
